During my senior year at Barnard College, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to write an article published by Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. This included an in-depth exploration of critical ethical dilemmas in rapidly evolving technological and digital spaces. Alongside my peers, we examined the societal impacts of emerging technologies and developed frameworks for addressing issues such as privacy, AI in healthcare, and the digital afterlife. My specific article explored the ethical implications of terms and conditions in digital products, including the use of dark patterns to manipulate user behavior.
